Once a scan is able to run and we still cannot produce a report with the agreed questions and engines within 24 hours of that, you are refunded in full; an engine we could not run is re-run free first, or refunded. After you pay: a receipt and a one-time start link arrive at the address above. The link asks for your domain, what you sell in one line, and up to three competitors — then the report comes back to the same address. Card handled by Stripe; we never see it. The charge appears as KOVMERE on your card statement.
