What changed, and when.
Newest first. Entries marked method change what a number means — if you are comparing two dated reports, those are the ones to read. Method version today is 2, and every report prints the version it was measured under.

- product Agency: a client's report is ready the moment it is measured. Open it, or download the PDF under your brand and send it; no approval step. Replace, pause or archive a client website from one Edit panel.
- report Fix packages are rebuilt: every package checks all 13 kinds of fix and lists them.
- method New buyer questions: 18 product-recommendation questions across category, use case, and audience, constraint or rival, chosen with real search demand.
- method The OpenAI engine now runs on gpt-6-luna with web search.
- method Existing subscriptions keep the question set and engine model they were measured on, so their months stay comparable.
- product A new dashboard: after you log in, your reports, fixes, weekly pulses, plan and account are in one place.
- product Agency: add a client website yourself, upload your logo and colour, and share client reports that carry your name and no Kovmere name. Share links show how often they were opened and can expire. One CSV covers every client, and 2 prospect snapshots a month are included.
- ops Receipts are standard receipts: the payment, what it was for, the renewal terms and the seller.
- ops Fewer emails: one email per report, which also says whether your fixes are ready; one receipt email after you pay; no reminder before a monthly renewal, and a receipt for every renewal.
- report The Fix package is written automatically as soon as the report is ready. There is no button to press first.
- product Accounts: log in with your email and a password. A 6-digit code confirms your email; no email we send logs you in.
- ops Every email has the same short layout with one button.
- report The report opens with its key message and four numbers: recommended, mentioned, your website cited and rank. The PDF prints the same report.
- report The Fix package lists its steps in order, starting with anything that stops an engine from reading your site. Each step says what the problem is, why it matters, what to do and where.

- report The PDF now opens on a contents page, and every report carries a 'Copy link' button.
- report The comparison page states, beside the movement, that both readings asked the identical question set and were scored with the same formula.
- ops While a reading runs, the status page now shows the reachability result as soon as it is finished, instead of only at the end.
- report A reading with no earlier like-for-like measurement now gets a page that explains why there is no comparison and what produces one, instead of a bare line of text.
- product The Check now includes three written-out fixes instead of one.
- report New: what the engines state about you, counted; what they credit a competitor with and not you; and the questions where they recommended nobody at all.
- report Every source the engines cite now carries what kind of page it is, how much of the list of cited pages that kind holds, and what you can do about a page of that kind.
- report Each of the three headline rates now prints the fraction behind it as a sentence, and the summary opens with a plain-words version anyone can forward.
- method The method page now shows, from our own measurements, how much a single reading of a question disagrees with three readings of it.
- method Corrected: we no longer describe any plan as producing a statistical change result. At this question count the paired test cannot establish a month-to-month change, so the report reports movements with the answers behind them and says when one is too small for this question set to call.
- product Pro and the Agency Portfolio opened for sale.
- ops Scheduled readings after the first now run through the providers' batch endpoints. A batch that does not return in time is re-sampled live, so a reading is never late for it.
What is not here
Refactors, test changes and internal notes. This page lists what a customer can see or check. An entry that turns out to be wrong gets a new, dated entry saying so — it is never quietly edited.
