What exactly is measured?
Each billing cycle: one monthly benchmark of the same frozen 20-question set: 18 buyer questions plus 2 branded controls · 5 engines · 3 repeats, plus 3 weekly pulses (100 answers each) that monitor the same questions for movement between reports. A re-test every 30 days for as long as you are subscribed, on these same frozen questions.
We measure a frozen 20-question set: 18 buyer questions plus 2 branded controls · 5 engines · 3 repeats — the questions buyers ask before choosing you, in their words — through up to 5 search APIs that return attributable citations or URLs. Each benchmark uses a frozen 20-question set: 18 unbranded buyer questions and 2 branded controls. Each question is sampled three times across up to five engines, for up to 300 answers. Primary visibility metrics use only the 270 buyer-question answers; the 30 branded-control answers are reported separately.
If an API cannot return attributable citations or URLs, it is marked “not measured” and no rate is printed for it. These are search API measurements, not results from consumer apps.
What happens after payment?
A receipt and a single-use start link arrive at the address above. The link runs your first measurement, then asks for the facts your fixes are written from — prices, differences, the questions your own buyers ask. Your fixes follow from those facts.
Pro includes up to 12 evidence-supported, ready-to-use fixes per paid period — every measured, actionable gap up to that limit, each one written out as a copy-paste file for Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or any other site with “for your developer” steps, and written only from supported facts. Post-publication follow-up by fix: shows observed ai visibility and downstream analytics after publication. it does not establish that a fix caused the change.
If something goes wrong, who answers
- One person answers, within one business day, Monday to Friday — claire@kovmere.com. There is no ticket queue and no sales layer to route you through.
- Questions about the method get a real answer. The method is published in full at /methodology, and if you challenge a number, you get the number's derivation — not a deflection.
- Lost the link to your report? Nothing here creates an account, so recovery is by email: ask from the address you paid with and the link comes back.
Delivery guarantee and refunds
Completed paid periods are not refundable — what we guarantee instead is delivery. After cancellation your paid period runs to its end and you are not charged again.
Our delivery guarantee. If your run cannot be completed (an engine is down, your site cannot be read), you get a free rerun or you are not charged. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic or revenue.
Your first benchmark report is usually delivered in about 20 minutes; at most 24 hours. The clock starts once a measurement can actually run. If we cannot run the initial measurement, we do not charge you.
Read the exact wording
Delivery and cancellation. Your first benchmark report is usually delivered in about 20 minutes; at most 24 hours. The clock starts once a scan can actually run. A login wall, an incorrect domain or a third-party engine outage stops a scan from running at all — we tell you what to fix and we re-run it free first; if it still cannot run, we do not charge you. Cancel any time from your receipt; the paid period runs to its end and nothing is charged after it. No refunds beyond this guarantee; the full text is on /legal/refunds and /legal/terms.
Data, privacy and methodology
What we keep: your site URL, the questions, the answers the engines returned and your email. See the Privacy Policy for how long, and ask us to delete it whenever you want.
The method is published in full at /methodology: how questions are frozen, how answers are sampled and judged, how the two branded controls are kept out of every primary figure, and how a range is computed. Google Keyword Planner is an external search-demand input used in question selection. It is not an estimate of how often anyone asks an AI engine a question, and it never enters a visibility figure.
Never seen one? Preview the report — an illustrative preview of the report format, built from example data; your report is generated from your own measured answers.
And the written fixes: see a finished set — exactly as it is delivered, read-only.
