White-Label SaaS Tools for Tracking Brand Visibility in AI Search
There are three ways to offer AI visibility tracking under your own brand. You can resell a white-label platform, such as Sitechecker's Premium plan with its custom domain, PromptWatch's agency tier or Synup for local businesses. You can send branded reports from tools such as RankPrompt, Rankscale, Searchable or Kovmere, which is our product. Or you can build your own product on data APIs, such as DataForSEO's AI Optimization APIs or Scrunch's headless setup. The right route depends on whether clients will log in, how much you want to own, and how many clients you serve.
What does white label cover in a SaaS tool?
Branding can reach different parts of a product, and vendors use the same words for very different things:
- Reports: PDFs or exports with your logo and no vendor name.
- Share links: a browser link showing results under your brand.
- The app itself: your logo and colours inside the dashboard clients log in to.
- Domain and email: the app on your subdomain and notifications from your address.
- Data and method: whether you can access raw answers through an API and explain how the numbers were produced.
A tool that brands only the PDF is fine for monthly reporting. Selling AI tracking as your own software product needs the app, domain and email covered, and ideally API access.
Route 1: which platforms can be resold under your brand?
| Tool | What is branded | AI tracking | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sitechecker Premium | Custom domain, app and email branding | 250 prompts tracked daily on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot; 50 websites | $449 a month ($375 annually) |
| PromptWatch agency tier | White label and client portal | Unlimited client projects; Data Studio connector | By demo |
| Synup Premium | White label for up to 10 locations | AI discovery scored per engine on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, plus listings, reviews and a local rank grid | $299 a month |
| Search Atlas Pro | White label | AI visibility on five platforms, plus SEO tools and OTTO automation | $319 a month annually |
These suit agencies that want clients to log in to something that looks like the agency's own software.
Route 2: which tools send branded reports?
| Tool | What is branded | AI tracking | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| RankPrompt Agency | White label | 1,000 credits a month, 500 brands, 10 seats; ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and AI Mode, more engines at extra credits | $149 a month ($119 annually) |
| Rankscale Growth | White label, REST API | 5,500 credits, up to 22,000 answers, 50 brand dashboards | $385 a month |
| Searchable Scale | White label | 500 prompts, 45,000+ answers a month, content and audits | $400 a month |
| Kovmere Agency Portfolio (ours) | White-label PDF reports and client share links | Full Pro for each site: up to 20 buyer questions, three runs on five engines, drafted fixes | $129 a month for three sites, $39 each extra |
These suit agencies that deliver a monthly report and advice rather than a login.
Route 3: what does building your own product involve?
You can build an AI visibility product on data APIs and brand everything yourself:
- DataForSEO's LLM Mentions API queries a large database of AI answers for ChatGPT and AI Overviews, priced per request and row with a $100 monthly top-up minimum.
- DataForSEO's LLM Responses API sends your own prompts to the official APIs of ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for a small fee plus the model cost (Gemini's grounding terms restrict storing and analysing its search-grounded results, so check them before adding it); its LLM Scraper reads ChatGPT and Gemini web interfaces.
- Scrunch's Agency Enterprise tier (priced on request) is API-first, with white-label outputs you present in your own interface; its $500 Agency Core plan does not include this.
Building gives full control of branding and method, but you own the engineering: question design, repeated runs, parsing names from answers, storing history, handling engine changes and supporting clients when numbers move. Engines change their models, search behaviour and answer formats without notice, so a home-built tracker needs someone watching it every week, and every change needs a note in client reports so a sudden jump is not mistaken for progress.
Which route fits which agency?
You want a branded login quickly: Sitechecker Premium or PromptWatch's agency tier.
You serve local businesses: Synup's Premium plan, with white label and local tools for up to ten locations.
You report monthly and advise: a reporting tool. RankPrompt is the low-cost entry; Rankscale adds an API; Kovmere's Agency Portfolio adds full answers, cited pages and drafted fixes for each client site, sent as a branded PDF or link.
You want a product of your own: build on DataForSEO or Scrunch's API, and budget for engineering and support.
What should you check before putting your name on the numbers?
Under your brand, clients hold you responsible for the data. Before choosing:
- Ask how answers are collected: consumer app or API, location, logged in or not.
- Ask how many times each prompt runs before a result is reported.
- Check that you can show full answers and cited links, so you can explain any number.
- Check that the vendor never contacts your clients and that no vendor name appears in emails, file names or page footers.
- Check data export, so your client history survives a switch.
- Check the method is written down so you can disclose it, as our page on what an agency white-label report should disclose describes.
What might a reseller setup cost?
Take an illustrative agency with eight small-business clients. On Sitechecker Premium at $375 a month annually, each client costs about $47 for tracking under the agency's domain. On RankPrompt Agency at $119 a month annually, about $15 per client, if 1,000 credits cover them. On Kovmere's Agency Portfolio, eight sites cost $129 plus five extra sites at $39, $324 a month, about $41 per client, with drafted fixes included; from ten sites the agency would contact Kovmere instead of signing up online. The agency then prices its service on top, so the useful comparison is what each client receives, not just the tool cost.
What are Kovmere's limits as a white-label tool?
Kovmere is a reporting tool, not a platform you can rebrand as your own software: it offers branded PDFs and share links, with no client login portal, custom domain or API. It measures one market per site with US settings and no more than 20 questions per site, samples engine APIs rather than consumer apps, and does not cover AI Mode or Copilot. Self-serve covers three to nine sites. Whatever the tool, an agency cannot promise a client that any engine will cite or recommend them.

What do people ask about white-label AI visibility tools?
Can I sell AI visibility tracking as my own software?
Yes, through platforms with a branded portal and custom domain, or by building on data APIs.
Which tools offer a custom domain?
Sitechecker's Premium plan includes a custom domain with app and email branding; PromptWatch's agency tier includes a client portal.
Is building my own tool cheaper?
The data can be cheap per request, but engineering, maintenance and support usually cost more than a subscription until you serve many clients.
Do clients need a login?
Many small businesses prefer a short branded report. Logins matter more for larger clients and for agencies selling software.
