Evertune Review: Enterprise GEO Tracking for Brand Visibility at Scale

Evertune is an AI visibility and advertising platform for larger brands and agencies. Its distinctive idea is repeated sampling. It runs each prompt up to 100 times per AI model, across 11 models, which gives far steadier numbers than tools that check once. It builds prompt sets from a panel of real user questions and drafts content to close gaps. It now also sells ChatGPT ads and affiliate placements. The Pro plan is listed at $800 a month, with Enterprise priced by quote. So figures of $3,000 a month probably reflect older quotes or enterprise scope. It is worth paying for when you need reliable measurement in a competitive category and plan to act through content and paid media. It is too much for small brands.

What does Evertune do?

Evertune describes four stages:

  1. Explore: a Prompt Agent finds the questions consumers ask AI in your category, using EverPanel, which Evertune describes as a panel of more than 150 million real user prompts, and groups them into topics.
  2. Measure: each prompt is sampled up to 100 times per model, benchmarked against every competitor in your category across 11 models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, DeepSeek and Meta AI.
  3. Act: an Insights and Action Agent suggests steps, drafts content, and connects you to affiliate partners on sources that AI models cite.
  4. Advertise: an Ads Agent places ChatGPT ads in conversations where you are not recommended, and retargets people after they leave the AI conversation.

Evertune says more than 700 advertisers and agencies use it, and Forrester named it a notable vendor in its answer engine optimisation landscape for the third quarter of 2026. It launched with a $4 million seed in October 2024 and raised a $15 million Series A, led by Felicis, in August 2025.

What does it cost?

As listed on Evertune's pricing page:

Plan Price What it includes
Pro $800/mo 100,000 prompts tracked across 11 AI models; daily, weekly or monthly tracking; global languages and countries; 25 AI-optimised articles a month; three onboarding sessions; affiliate advertising partnerships; AI retargeting
Enterprise Custom Adds a dedicated success manager, deeper category analysis, unlimited content, AI website optimisation, AI bot analytics and single sign-on

One point to clarify in a demo: whether "100,000 prompts" means unique prompts or prompt runs. If it means runs, 100 samples on each of 11 models would cover about 90 prompts once a month, or fewer at higher frequency. That is still useful, but very different from 100,000 separate questions.

Is Evertune worth $3,000 per month?

At the published $800 Pro price, the question is easier. Evertune is worth it if three things are true: your category is competitive enough that small visibility differences matter, you need numbers stable enough to report to leadership, and you will act through content and paid placements. For a brand spending tens of thousands a month on marketing, reliable AI visibility data at $800 is a modest line item.

At $3,000 a month or more, which is plausible for Enterprise scope, compare it with the cost of the alternatives: a mid-market tracker at $100 to $500, plus analyst time to run repeated checks, plus a separate ads budget. If you would use Evertune's content allowance, ChatGPT ads and bot analytics, the bundle can make sense. If you only need a view of mentions, it does not. For small brands, trackers from $29 to $100 a month, or a free manual process, are the better value.

What does 100 samples per prompt really buy?

AI answers change from run to run, so a single check per prompt records chance as much as fact. Repeated sampling turns each prompt into a rate. The standard margin of error for a rate of about 30%, at 95% confidence, shows what each sample size gives you:

Runs per prompt Margin of error
1 Not meaningful
10 About ±28 points
30 About ±16 points
100 About ±9 points
400 About ±4.5 points

A hundred runs is far better than one, but a single prompt's rate is still only accurate to within about nine points either way. Two lessons follow. First, judge performance across a set of prompts, where the samples add up and the combined rate becomes steady. Second, a stable number shows where you stand but not why it changed; to prove a change worked, compare changed pages with similar pages you left alone. The method is explained in how to count brand mentions with confidence intervals. As a rough guide, detecting a real change of five points in a single prompt's rate would take well over a thousand runs in each period, so small week-to-week moves on one prompt should not drive decisions.

Where does it fall short?

  • Advertising focus. Evertune pairs measurement with selling ads and affiliate placements. That is useful, but keep measurement and spend decisions separate so the data is not read to justify the spend.
  • Panel data. EverPanel prompts come from a consumer panel; coverage is likely stronger in large consumer categories than in niche B2B markets.
  • Allowance wording, as above.
  • No public detail on how each model's answers are collected.

We have not tested Evertune ourselves; this review is based on its published pages and independent coverage.

Who is it for?

  • Good fit: consumer brands and agencies in competitive categories that want reliable AI visibility data and plan to use ChatGPT ads or affiliates.
  • Reasonable fit: mid-market brands on Pro that will use the content allowance.
  • Poor fit: small businesses and B2B companies with narrow categories, where a lighter tracker and manual checks will do.

Other enterprise options are compared in the Conductor review and the Brandwatch review.

What should you ask in a demo?

  1. Does 100,000 mean prompts or runs, and how many samples per model are included?
  2. How are answers collected from each model: consumer apps or APIs?
  3. Where do EverPanel prompts come from, and how well do they cover your category and country?
  4. How are content and ads results measured, and can we run a holdout?
  5. What does Enterprise add for our case, and at what price?

What might this look like in practice?

Consider an illustrative electric bike brand, Ruddcombe, in a crowded market. Single checks in another tool showed its visibility swinging between 20% and 45% week to week. On Evertune Pro, with repeated sampling across 60 prompts, its visibility settled at 31%, with a competitor at 44% for safety-related questions. Ruddcombe published two safety guides using its article allowance and ran a small ChatGPT ad test on safety conversations, keeping a set of prompts untouched as a control. After two months, its rate on safety prompts rose while the control set did not move.
