Kalicube Review for Entity SEO and Consistent Brand Identity
Kalicube is Jason Barnard's company for brand and entity SEO. It has two offers. Kalicube Pro is a platform that collects, every week, what Google, Bing and AI assistants say about a brand across several sets of questions. Kalicube also sells done-for-you services, such as building a Google Knowledge Panel, from $12,000. Its method, the Kalicube Process, comes down to one corroborated story about who you are: stated clearly on your own website, then confirmed by other sources, so search engines and AI assistants repeat it. The method is sound, and Kalicube's data goes back to 2015. But its language is heavy with proprietary terms, platform prices are not published, and the results claims come from Kalicube.

What does Kalicube Pro track?
According to its site, Kalicube Pro collects weekly answers from:
- Search engines: Google Search, Google AI Mode and Bing.
- AI assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and You.com.
- Knowledge graphs and the open web: Google's Knowledge Graph, Wikidata, Wikipedia and Common Crawl.
It organises results around question sets that Kalicube writes for each brand. Named sets include Due Diligence, the checks AI runs before trusting you, such as whether you are real, licensed, reviewed or controversial. Comparison sets test you against one named peer. AI Brand Perception looks at what the machine believes about a theme and what is missing. Disambiguation checks that AI does not confuse you with a similarly named entity. Answers are scored for accuracy, completeness, stance and fidelity to your intended story. Kalicube also keeps a history of your brand search results and Knowledge Panel.
Kalicube says it holds 25 billion data points on 73 million entities, collected since 2015. Those are its own figures, but the long history is a genuine difference from newer AI trackers, which mostly started in 2024 or 2025.
What is the Kalicube Process?
Barnard's method has three pillars:
- Understandability: machines and people know who you are.
- Credibility: you prove you are a good solution.
- Deliverability: you are present wherever your audience looks.
In practice, it starts with an "Entity Home", one page on your own site, often the About page, that states who you are in a clear, consistent way. You then make sure other sources, such as profiles, directories, press, Wikidata and partners, say the same thing and link back. Search engines and AI assistants see the same facts everywhere and repeat them confidently. The same principles are covered, without the proprietary terms, in how to make a brand's information consistent across AI-visible sources and how to make your brand a clear entity in Google's Knowledge Graph.
How good is it for entity SEO?
Strengths:
- The method addresses the right problem. Inconsistent descriptions, confusion with similar names and missing facts are common reasons AI answers get brands wrong. A corroborated story fixes those at the source.
- Due diligence and disambiguation sets are unusual. Most AI trackers measure mentions and rankings; few test whether assistants think you are legitimate, or confuse you with someone else.
- Knowledge graph data sits beside AI answers, which suits brands whose problem is identity rather than rankings.
- Free tools such as the Knowledge Graph Explorer are useful even if you never subscribe.
Weaknesses:
- Heavy jargon. Terms such as "Algorithmic Trinity", "Digital Brand Echo" and "Conversational Acquisition Funnel" can make simple advice harder to follow.
- Self-promotion. Kalicube's pages describe Barnard as "the world's leading authority" and credit him with originating industry terms. Judge the product on its data, not its claims.
- Unpublished pricing for the platform. Software directories list starting prices from $49 to $199 a month, but those may be out of date; ask for a quote.
- Vendor results. Case studies, such as a customer reporting 61% more SEO traffic and 41% more branded searches year on year, are testimonials, not controlled studies.

How does it compare with AI visibility trackers?
Trackers such as Peec AI measure how often you are mentioned, where you rank and which sources are cited, across many prompts. Kalicube is narrower and deeper on identity: whether AI describes you correctly, trusts you and tells you apart from others. A brand fighting for share of voice in "best CRM" answers needs a tracker. A brand that AI describes wrongly, confuses with another company, or treats as untrustworthy needs Kalicube's kind of work, whether bought or done in-house. Tracker features are compared in the Peec AI review.
Who should consider Kalicube?
- Good fit: founders, executives and experts whose personal reputation drives business; companies with a name shared by other entities; brands after a rebrand, merger or controversy; organisations wanting a Knowledge Panel.
- Reasonable fit: agencies offering reputation or entity work to clients.
- Poor fit: online stores tracking product recommendations, and small businesses whose main need is local visibility.
Can you do the same work yourself?
Much of it. The core steps are:
- Write one clear description of who you are, what you do, who for and where, and use it everywhere.
- Build a strong About page as the authoritative source, with Organization or Person structured data and links to your official profiles. See what an About page should say to improve AI visibility.
- Align your profiles: LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Wikidata where appropriate, directories and partner pages.
- Fix confusion with similarly named entities, as covered in how to stop AI confusing your brand with a similar-named company.
- Ask AI assistants who you are every month, and record what changes.
What Kalicube adds is data at scale, history and a team that has done it many times.
What might this look like in practice?
Consider an illustrative management consultancy, Harlow Grant, that shared its name with a US property developer. ChatGPT and Gemini mixed the two, describing the consultancy as a real estate firm in several answers. The firm rewrote its About page with a clear description, founders and locations, added Organization markup with links to its LinkedIn and Companies House record, and asked two industry associations to update their member listings. It used a knowledge graph explorer to see how Google classified each entity. Over three months, both assistants began describing the consultancy correctly.
