Semrush Enterprise AIO Review: AI Sources, Competitors, and Product Mentions

Semrush Enterprise AIO is the enterprise version of Semrush's AI visibility tracking. It draws on a database of more than 289 million prompts in dozens of languages. It breaks mentions, sources and sentiment down by brand, market, city and product, including how products and prices appear in AI shopping results. It adds query fan-out analysis, persona-based prompt generation, log file analysis of AI bots, and traffic data from GA4 or Adobe Analytics. It is sold by demo, and after Adobe's acquisition of Semrush it now sits alongside Adobe Brand Visibility. It suits multi-brand, multi-market enterprises. Smaller teams get most of the core tracking from Semrush's $99 AI Visibility Toolkit.

What does Enterprise AIO track?

According to Semrush's Enterprise pages:

  • Mentions, citations and sentiment across AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI features.
  • Detail at every level: brands, markets, cities and products.
  • AI sources: which sites steer your visibility and sentiment, for you and competitors.
  • Shopping results: how your products, pricing and performance appear in AI shopping answers.
  • Competitor benchmarking: strengths and weaknesses against rivals, and where to move next.
  • Accuracy: Semrush says AIO helps catch factual errors about products or pricing in AI descriptions.
  • Traffic and revenue: AI search results connected with GA4 or Adobe Analytics data.
  • AI bot access: log file analysis to check that AI bots can reach your site.
  • Content: prioritised recommendations, content audits and live performance scoring.

What do query fan-out and persona prompts add?

Two features address common weaknesses in AI tracking:

  • Query fan-out analysis reveals the searches AI models run behind the scenes when answering a question. That shows which sub-questions your content needs to answer to be retrieved, not just the question the user typed.
  • Persona-based prompt generation creates prompts as different audiences would phrase them, such as a procurement manager versus a technical evaluator. That reduces the risk of tracking prompts that reflect your marketing team's vocabulary rather than your buyers'.

Both help most in large categories with many audiences, where a hand-written prompt list would miss much of the demand.

How does it differ from the $99 AI Visibility Toolkit?

The toolkit, assessed in the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit review, answers "how visible is our brand?" Enterprise AIO answers "how visible is each product, in each market, for each audience, and what is it worth?"

How useful is product-level tracking?

For retailers and manufacturers, it is the main reason to consider Enterprise AIO. Brand-level visibility can look healthy while key products are missing from AI shopping answers, or shown at the wrong price. Product-level tracking shows:

  • Which products appear for category questions, and which competitors' products replace yours.
  • Whether prices and details are correct in AI answers.
  • Which sources describe your products, such as retailers, review sites and marketplaces.

Fixing product gaps usually comes back to feeds and product data, as covered in how to diagnose product feed gaps in ChatGPT Shopping.

Where does it fit after Adobe's acquisition?

Adobe completed its acquisition of Semrush in April 2026, and in June announced Adobe Brand Visibility. That product combines Semrush's AI visibility data with Adobe's agent-traffic analytics and CDN-level optimisation. Enterprise AIO remains part of Semrush Enterprise. Buyers on Adobe's stack may be offered Brand Visibility instead, or alongside it. Ask Adobe and Semrush which product fits your setup, and how data and pricing are shared between them. Adobe's product is covered in the Adobe LLM Optimizer review.

How does Enterprise AIO handle multiple markets?

For global brands, the difficulty is that AI answers differ by language and country. Assistants cite local sources, name local competitors and quote local prices. Semrush says Enterprise AIO monitors globally in dozens of languages, with detail down to markets and cities. In practice, a multi-market set-up needs:

  • Prompts written natively in each language, not translated from English, since people ask differently.
  • Local competitor sets, because the rivals in Germany may not be the rivals in Brazil.
  • Market-level source analysis, to find the local publications, retailers and review sites that shape answers.
  • Separate reporting by market, so a strong result in one country does not hide a gap in another.

Ask in the demo how prompts are localised, and whether persona prompts are generated separately for each market.

What should you ask in a demo?

  1. Which AI platforms are covered, and how answers are collected: consumer apps or APIs.
  2. How many runs per prompt, and how often.
  3. How product-level tracking works, and which shopping surfaces are included.
  4. How persona prompts are generated, and whether you can edit them.
  5. What the log file analysis needs: CDN or server log access, and which bots it identifies.
  6. How traffic is joined from GA4 or Adobe Analytics, and at what level: page, product or market.
  7. Pricing drivers, such as brands, markets, prompts and seats, and contract terms.

Who is it for?

  • Good fit: enterprises with many brands, products or markets, especially retailers and manufacturers, and teams that already use Semrush Enterprise for SEO.
  • Reasonable fit: large B2B companies with several audiences that benefit from persona prompts.
  • Poor fit: single-brand companies and small teams. The toolkit, or a mid-market tracker, covers their needs for far less.

What might an enterprise use look like?

Consider an illustrative consumer electronics manufacturer selling in eight countries. Brand-level tracking showed it among the top three brands for headphone questions in every market. Product-level tracking in Enterprise AIO showed its newest model missing from AI shopping answers in three markets, where an older model appeared at a discontinued price. Sources pointed to retailer listings that had not been updated. Persona prompts showed that assistants recommended the brand to audiophiles but rarely to commuters. The company updated retailer data, refreshed product pages with commuter use cases, and tracked the effect market by market.
