seoClarity Review: Measuring AI Visibility Against Revenue

seoClarity is an enterprise SEO platform. Its Clarity ArcAI module tracks brand mentions, citations, sentiment and accuracy across nine AI engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode. It also tracks AI shopping results at product level and AI bot activity on your site. Its site analytics imports data from Google Analytics, GA4 or Adobe Analytics, so AI visibility can be set against traffic and conversions page by page. Packages start at $2,500 a month, and ArcAI is quoted separately. It suits large organisations that want AI visibility inside the same system as their rankings, crawl data and revenue reporting.

What does ArcAI track?

According to seoClarity's product pages:

  • Engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, Claude, DeepSeek and Grok.
  • Visibility: mentions and citations of your brand and its variations, and competitor visibility.
  • Prompt research: search demand for prompts, questions and topics.
  • Sentiment and accuracy: brand tone in AI results, and detection of hallucinations and errors.
  • AI shopping: product-level results in AI search.
  • Bot activity: whether AI bots reach your pages, plus tools to expose full site content to them and speed up discovery of new pages.
  • Performance: AI search traffic and conversions.
  • Web mentions: brand signals across the web that support AI visibility.
  • Access: an MCP server and API.

seoClarity itself recommends focusing primary tracking on ChatGPT and Google AI Mode first, as the engines with the widest reach.

seoClarity ArcAI review for enterprise AI visibility tracking

Strengths. The breadth of engines is among the widest available, and the connection to an established SEO platform matters. Rankings, crawl data, log files, schema tools and site analytics sit in one place. That lets a team ask questions that stand-alone trackers cannot answer easily, such as whether pages that lost AI citations also lost rankings, or whether AI bots stopped reaching them. Product-level shopping tracking is useful for retailers with large catalogues. The MCP server lets teams query the data from AI assistants.

Limits. ArcAI's prices are not published: it is sold in quoted packages, either on its own or as an add-on to a seoClarity SEO package. There is a learning curve: connecting prompts, citations, pages and revenue takes practice. And, like every tracker, it measures engines that change without notice. seoClarity's own research on ChatGPT showed how large those swings can be. Between February and April 2026, citation volumes in its sample fell by 86 to 94% after platform-level changes, before recovering in May. A brand looking at its own dashboard in April would have seen a collapse that had nothing to do with its own work. Reports should always compare a brand with its competitors, not just with its own past.

How do you measure AI visibility against revenue?

This is the question most AI visibility tools leave open. seoClarity's approach, importing analytics data beside SEO and AI data, allows a page-level method:

  1. Use pages as the join. For each important page, bring together its AI citations, AI bot visits, AI-referred sessions and conversions.
  2. Group pages by type, such as product, category, guide and comparison pages, so trends are not lost in noise.
  3. Measure conversions from AI-referred sessions on each page group, and their revenue where your analytics records it.
  4. Compare cited and uncited pages of the same type. If cited product pages earn more AI-referred revenue than similar uncited ones, citations are worth pursuing on that page type.
  5. Test changes against a control group. Improve half of a matched set of pages and leave half alone, then compare citations and revenue after eight to twelve weeks.

Two cautions apply. First, much AI influence never shows up as a referral. People often read an answer and visit later through a direct visit or a branded search, so AI-referred revenue understates the effect. Second, AI traffic is still a small share of most sites' visits, so revenue figures for small page groups can swing widely from month to month. A broader method is set out in how to correlate AI visibility metrics with actual website traffic, and the limits of analytics alone in whether GA4 or Semrush can measure AI brand citations.

Which revenue figures should you report?

Keep three numbers separate, because they answer different questions:

  • AI-referred revenue: revenue from sessions whose source is an AI assistant. It is the most defensible figure, and the smallest.
  • Revenue on cited pages: revenue from all channels on pages that AI answers cite. It shows the value of the pages AI trusts, but not that AI caused the sales.
  • Branded demand: branded search clicks and direct visits, which tend to rise when AI answers mention you more.

Report the first as the floor and the others as context. Leaders tend to trust a small, well-defined figure more than a large, loosely attributed one.

What does it cost?

As listed on seoClarity's pricing page:

Package Starting price What it includes
Rankings Custom, from 2,000 keyword queries Daily or weekly rank tracking, ranking data extracts, unlimited users
Research & Content From $2,500/mo SEO research and content tools, dedicated support
Technical SEO From $3,200/mo Site audits with unlimited crawl pages, log file analysis
Enterprise From $4,500/mo All of the above, highest support tier, 5,000+ keyword queries, multiple domains
Clarity ArcAI By quote, standalone or add-on AI search visibility, prompts, sentiment, accuracy, bot activity, shopping

Packages are priced by the number of domains and keywords tracked. ArcAI is priced by quote. For a team that only needs to watch a short list of prompts in ChatGPT and AI Overviews, this is far more platform than the job requires.

Who is it for?

  • Good fit: enterprises already on seoClarity, retailers with large catalogues, and organisations that need AI visibility, technical SEO and revenue analytics in one place.
  • Reasonable fit: large brands comparing enterprise platforms, especially those with strong analytics teams.
  • Poor fit: small and mid-sized businesses, and teams that only need prompt tracking.

Enterprise alternatives are covered in the BrightEdge review, and the SEO basics that feed AI visibility in how traditional SEO fundamentals affect AI visibility.

What should you ask in a demo?

  1. Which engines are included in your ArcAI quote, and how answers are collected.
  2. How many runs per prompt, and how often.
  3. How analytics data is joined to AI data: by page, by page group, or by session.
  4. Whether AI-referred revenue is attributed by landing page, and how assisted conversions are treated.
  5. How platform-wide swings are flagged, so a drop across all brands is not read as your own loss.

What might this look like in practice?

Consider an illustrative outdoor retailer, Cresthaven, on seoClarity Enterprise with ArcAI. It grouped 2,000 product pages by category and joined AI citations, AI bot visits and GA4 revenue for each. Tents cited in AI shopping answers earned about three times the AI-referred revenue of similar uncited tents. Bot data showed that AI crawlers rarely reached pages for new products added in the past month. The team fixed internal links and sitemaps for new products, rewrote specifications on 100 tent pages, and kept 100 similar pages unchanged as a control.
